The surface of our planet is still in constant motion. Each tectonic plate is drifting on a sea of molten rock, and this creates amazing examples of change. Volcanoes and earthquakes shape our planet.
These are the building blocks of geology. We will explore rocks and the cycle they go through to create new surfaces on the Earth. Rocks also teach us about the age of the Earth and ways that life has changed.
